Student VFX Trailer (Compositing & VFX Breakdown) - November 2022

In my final year of studies, we were tasked with grouping up with another student to produce a VFX trailer for a theoretical film. I decided to group up with Ian Esterhuizen (https://www.artstation.com/starguide) for the entirety of the year.
I was responsible for all the compositing and VFX of the trailer from Shot 02 onwards. Ian Eterhuizen was responsible for the Shot 01 Compositing and VFX, Shot 02 tracking, the Titles and Transitions. He was also responsible for capturing the background footage, and he did all the sourcing and editing for the Sound and Music.
I included the full trailer, as well as all the shot breakdowns where it was applicable to myself. I will also include links to breakdowns for the Models and Rigs that I made. To see anything made by Ian Esterhuizen, please visit his Artstation page.

All the models and animations were done inside Blender, as well as the compositing setup. All editing and final compositing was done inside DaVinci Resolve.
